Apple recently released a new update to its iPhone/iPad operating system (iOS) that contains some critical security updates. Please update your iPhone/iPad to iOS 10.2.1 as soon as possible to minimize any security risks to Elanco devices/data. This version of iOS has been tested by the Lilly Enterprise Mobility Team and is approved for use by global Elanco non-field users and US/Canada Elanco field users.
Due to the criticality of this update, the Lilly Enterprise Mobility Team is making iOS 10.2.1 the minimum supported operating system level on iPhones/iPads starting 15-Mar-2017. Devices not updated by that date will be quarantined resulting in the loss of Lilly email and calendaring access on the device. So please update now!
If you have an older device that is not supported by Apple on iOS 10, you must upgrade your device to continue to be supported.
HOW TO UPDATE: On your iPad/iPhone go to Settings -> General -> Software Update, and then follow the instructions to update.
