Elanco IT HR Calendar

Hello everyone! Since March is Development Month, we thought it would be a good time to send out an agenda for the year from both corporate IT HR and Elanco HR. Both several activities planned each year at a global and regional level. Depending on the event, various groups will be formally involved. If you have questions, feel free to connect with your supervisor. We want everyone to know the HR processes at Lilly/Elanco and in our IT function.

Here are some Elanco IT wide focus areas:

  • Development planning in line with Pep IT Up (80% engagement)
    • All team members with career map + profile , development plan. Emphasis coaching.
    • All M path talent requires a Talent ID.
    • All P5 potential requires a talent ID.  
    • Apprenticeship, Tech programs, mentorship opportunities through Sr. Directors.
  • Communication improvement plans and engagement activities
