Elanco IT LATAM Receives the LATAM CUP Award!
The Elanco IT LATAM team has been recognized for their outstanding work on the Elanco School project. This is an important Sales & Marketing Enabler initiative in the region and will provide better training for Marketing, Sales team members, promoters, and customers.

“I am pleased to acknowledge: Juliana Pescara, Natalia Mauro, Bryce Bowman, Claudia Ochoa, Dennis Fernandes, Leandro Diniz, Annegret Ebel and Diego Garcia for contributing to the design and implementation of the Sales School for the commercial areas in Latin America.
This initiative will train about 500 people (employees + promoters) during 2017, providing the following benefits:
1. Improved use of learning in the sales force
2. Better diagnosis of the learning needs of commercial teams through evaluations
3. Better training and training for our customers through a technological platform, this being a differentiated service
