As many of you will already be aware, we now have an ‘Elanco IT Project Portfolio Tool’ - but what does this mean for you?
- Everyone in Elanco has visibility of all Elanco IT Projects which are planned, in execution and completed.
- You will also be able to view key information about the projects as all Elanco IT projects entered into the Project Portfolio Tool have a Project Charter* attached to them detailing project information(*A Project Charter is mandatory for all Level 1&2 projects, project charters for level 3&4 projects are at functional discretion)
