It is our pleasure to announce that Stefan Aspin will be joining the EMEA IT team as the new UK-based Business Integrator.
Effective October 1st, Stefan will report to Gregory Van Keirsbilck, Manager IT EMEA.
In this role, Stefan will pick up the responsibilities from Rhys Williams, who is moving into his new role of Strategic Architect in the Global Digital IT team as of September 1st.
Initially, Stefan’s main focus will be on further driving the MyElanco customer portal, along with the Elanco Partners rebate programs, and take on the technical leadership for the ‘Affiliate of the Future’ initiative in the UK affiliate.
Stefan joined Lilly 4 years ago after a successful student placement year and is currently Business Integrator in the Lilly International Business Unit, based in Basingstoke, UK.
In this role, he is co-leading key projects, like the customer experience strategy delivery in Lilly’s NEC (Norther Europe Cluster) organization and the Osiris program. He has strong experience with delivering upon the digital agenda in sales and marketing.
Stefan is also a certified ScrumMaster and he loves training the organization on how to adopt the Agile methodology.
Undoubtedly, a very strong asset to the team and the wider Elanco IT organization
