This sleek new page will allow you to showcase your best work.
Use it to show your boss.

Use it to show to people you network with.
How does it work?
Simply put, shine is a tool to help us self-recognize our accomplishments.
To post work you’d like to showcase, (a completed project, a project that successfully impacted the business, a launch that seemed impossible when you started) click on “Submit a Shine” in the top menu bar.
The form is simple and easy to fill out. Your work will post immediately.
Post accomplishments from today or from your past years at Elanco.
You can search all shines by keywords, department, or individuals.
We hope this app will help you gain visibility for the amazing work you do.
