It is our pleasure to announce that Teri Anderson will be joining the Elanco IT Compliance team as the new IT Quality Consultant.
Effective May 7th, Teri will report to Ben Hall, Manager IT Compliance & Operations.
In this role, Teri will pick up the responsibilities from Annie Hopper, who moved into her new role as IT Manager at Clinton.
Teri has spent the last 7 years working for IBM supporting the Lilly account and 10 years prior she was with Lilly. During her tenure, she has always been in a quality and compliance related role. At IBM, she has leveraged her strong mentoring and coaching skills in software project management (including SDLC process solutions) to help IBM achieve organizational compliance with Lilly expectations. She gained knowledge by supporting SAP, Finance and HR IT systems, IT Support Tools, and Manufacturing and Quality IT Systems. In addition, she provided support in the areas of data security and privacy and network connectivity between Lilly and their external partners.
While working for Lilly, Teri provided oversight and support of quality governance and IT projects for multiple infrastructure areas and IT Security. She helped teams navigate the quality policies and procedures and developed implementation strategies to ensure compliance to the procedures. Teri lead the development of a standard set of templates for teams to use for their validation documentation and was probably best known for being able to garner organizational support for continuous improvement initiatives.
Outside of work, Teri has three children that keep her busy.
Please welcome Teri to Elanco!
