Refreshing IT Employee Development Initiatives to Meet Evolving Business Needs
The PEP IT Up! Development Core Team spent time refreshing our strategy and roadmap through a VOC exercise and discussions with senior leadership. The work stream leaders made strategic decisions to Start-Stop-Continue and Adjust the portfolio of employee development initiatives. The team took to heart the words of Colonel Eli Lilly, “Take what you find here and make it better” and re-organized programs by target audience: Early Lilly Career Development, Technical Development, and People Leadership.
