Top Companies for Women Technologists is a national program from AnitaB.org that recognizes companies committed to building workplaces where women technologists can thrive. As part of this program, US based Lilly and Elanco IT employees, both male and female, are being invited to participate in a Workplace Experiences Survey in order to share their thoughts about day-to-day experiences. The 15 minute survey is intended to provide awareness of key cultural drivers that foster inclusive workplaces and engaged workforces, as well as to give us insight into how our technology culture compares to other organizations across a wide range of industries.
