We are pleased to announce that Sam Gilmore has joined the Elanco Commercial IT team as a Business Integrator for Companion Animal. In this role, Sam will work closely with Bob Sikorski supporting the IT needs of the commercial companion animal business.
Sam brings a wealth of experience to Elanco. He joins Elanco from Blue Horseshoe Solutions, Inc., where he was a Senior Consultant for a number of clients across the US & Globally. Sam studied at Purdue University earning his BS in Computer Engineering. He resides in Indianapolis with his wife Eriko. In his spare time, Sam enjoys collecting vinyl records and hiking. Sam proudly holds Eagle Scout ranking with the Boy Scouts of America.
In a related move, David Cantrell has accepted a new role working with the Elanco IT Global Digital team. David will oversee the new Veeva PromoMats tool which will replace the existing Zinc Maps tool slated to go-live this summer. We thank David for all his contributions to Commercial IT and the Companion Animal business over the past 3 years and wish him continued success as he grows his career here at Elanco.
