As we’ve previously discussed, we want to keep you informed of organizational changes as they develop moving into the future state. This notification is to update you regarding the following positions that are now or soon will be posted. There are 4 major areas being added to our organization structure in Global Services (G&A), ERP, Infrastructure, and Information Security. The 3 postings below represent an initial set of roles in some of these new areas. There will be additional positions posted in these new functions (and our existing functions) in the coming weeks, as these leaders will assist in finalizing the organizational design. If you are interested in one of these initial roles below, please align with your supervisor prior to applying.

Organization
To add more context, below is a first level organization design as stands today. A few clarifying comments:
- This design is highly directionally correct, but could have some tweaks as we continue to evolve toward our future state
- The team below will continued to evolve our organization design and will work through the process of posting future roles
- As you can see, one of our key organizational principles is to maintain strong alignment to our IT functions (Commercial, R&D, MQ, G&A) to our business partners to allow the appropriate engagements

TSA (Transitional Service Agreement) – the agreement with Lilly regarding the Services to be received during the transition to an Elanco independent future state. The TSA has been submitted for Sr leadership review/ approval. The TSA contains the:
- Scope, Cost, Duration of the services that Elanco will receive from Lilly
- Step-down cost; how Elanco reduces the cost over time when the service is no longer needed or required
- List of Inflight projects; those projects that require Lilly resources, are in progress, and will be completed as planned
- Process for submitting future projects needed that would require Lilly resources

Projects:
As the TSA definition work has decreased, an increased focus has begun on defining the High level projects (in big blocks). As these plans evolve, others in the organization will be engaged to drive the analysis of our future state solutions and the plans needed to deliver that future.
Communications
There is a recognition to increase communication to the organization. This email is in that spirit, but in addition, there is a communications role being identified to focus on communications going forward, so expect more frequent and improved communications in the future.
