Posting Information
While we continue to work through the initial round of position postings that where communicated 2 weeks ago, we are excited to provide an update on the next round of Elanco IT postings. Due to the dynamic nature of the posting process, here is a link to the list of the postings and corresponding status (both an Excel list and PowerPoint view). While we will continue to communicate organization information in a timely manner, you are welcome to check this link as the list could be updated more frequently than the communications. Again, if you are interested in a role posted, please have the alignment conversation with your direct supervisor before applying.
Reporting Line Change
As of September 1, our organization will officially report to Lucas Montarce (Vice President –Financial Operations ) to align our IT organization to our Elanco executive leadership. Previously, Terry has reported directly to Aarti with a dotted line to Lucas.
PEP IT Up Update
Related to the organizational development, below are some additional comments to clarify how the Elanco IT organization will consume the Pep IT Up initiatives going forward:
- Career Map and Experience Profile: Continue to maintain manually. Elanco will not formally leverage the app to maintain these documents.
- New Process from the Pep IT Up process will be evaluated and communicated regarding Elanco adoption.
