On Wednesday 10th October, 3 of our Elanco IT family completed the final challenge on Lilly’s 2 year ADP program.
The program included 24 curriculum activities (over 90+ hours), three site visits (including the UK, Spain and France), four challenges (aligned with business trends) and access to dedicated M3+ mentors (facilitated by a structured framework).
The intent of the program was to give participants exposure to the entire Lilly business and provide a solid framework to enhance and develop leadership skills.
This is no small undertaking and has required hard work and dedication to balance this and commitments from their day jobs. Feedback from participants has been very positive having benefited from broad range of experiences that they otherwise may not come across day to day.
A huge congratulations to Sam Ward, Abby O’Brien & Matt Cronin for completing this program.
This was celebrated with a Graduation event held in Erl Wood, UK on Wednesday 10th.
