Organisational Announcements:
Please welcome Paul Graham into the role of Chief Network Architect, reporting into Mike Henry, IT Director ETS, based in Basingstoke, UK. Paul comes to us from Verizon and has been working on the Tesco account as their principal architect covering all areas of Networking from requirements gathering through to solution delivery.
Paul has had various previous roles in Project Management and Networking, including for Bayer as their Chief Wide Area Network (WAN) architect. Paul’s main responsibilities in Elanco will be to Define, embed and maintain our global network strategy whilst partnering with the advisors and architect groups on positioning, principles and patterns and ensuring our stakeholders are well informed and well educated. A first key goal will be to ensure we deliver the Network implementation rollout on time to support our affiliates globally and to support our new Elanco!
We would like to announce that Brian McCaffery will be joining the IT PMO team, initially supporting the IT governance, policies and methodologies implementation initiative.
Brian will also continue to perform his IT Security Liaison role, and over the coming months will hand over responsibilities to Information Security based on ramp-up/readiness of that organization.
