ETS are pleased to announce Bradley Smith has been successful in joining our team in the role of Integration, Transformation and Business Development Lead and will start in his new role from 1st March. In this role, Brad will be primarily responsible for ETS’ Overall integration approach with our implementation partner, WWT as well as Project planning our Site Cutovers and working across our partners, SME’s and IT Functions to ensure coordination and smooth implementation! Brad will remain a member of the PMO during Stallion, continuing to manage ETS as his only account.
Brad has many years experience working in previous integrations, divestitures, business development deals and working with detailed project planning on large, complex programs. Brad has experience across many IT functions and his experience, focus, commitment and strong levels of accountability will be strong addition to the ETS team to our culture and the broader Elanco culture.
Please join us in congratulating Brad and supporting him in this role as it will fulfill a critical area for the OneElanco infrastructure and the success of our affiliates to continue to do business as we work through the next 2 years of transition in particular.
