New Hires:
We’re excited to announce that Jonathan Stow will join Elanco in the role of Business Process Architect for G&A Global Services IT. Jonathan will start his role on 8 April and will be based in Greenfield, Indiana. In this role, Jonathan will help us drive legal and procurement contract management, litigation records retention, as well as expanded support of other G&A Stallion projects. This role has a larger strategic responsibility for creating streamlined data availability across functional boundaries and ensuring data integrity to empower business users with the right information at the right time to accelerate decisions. If his name is familiar, it’s because he spent 10 years at Lilly prior to being key in a number of start-ups and spin-offs.
We’re excited to announce that Amy Springman will join Elanco in the role of IT Consultant for G&A Global Services IT as an FDE. Amy will start her role on 22 April and will be based in Greenfield, Indiana. In this role, Amy will help us drive HR business processes, empowered employee experiences with Workday and ServiceNow, as well as expanded support of other G&A Stallion projects. This role has strategic value in unifying the experience throughout an employee’s entire career lifecycle with Elanco. She has almost 20 years of experience and expertise in HR systems, HR business processes, as well as business intelligence, analytics, and reporting.
