Only got a minute? Here’s what you need to know from ETS:
- Our Elanco Lab is fully built out, we are just waiting for the go ahead from Infosec to get users moved into the environment
- We made a key commitment with Lilly to pursue a phased Microsoft tenant migration approach.
- The new employee portal will go live to 6300 employees and contractors on November 1, 2019.
Another crazy 4 weeks have flown by filled with workshops, customer testing, vendor meetings, design u-turns - and yes, the inevitable discovery of a gap or two - but met with the same engagement and enthusiasm we have come to expect from Elanco IT. There’s a saying (which I may be making up here) that disagreements form when people care about the outcome. That’s important here; we must continue to have robust conversations and be open, honest and transparent about what we think if we are to build the right future for Elanco IT. I’ve been part of many of these conversations and seen the key is that people must be willing to listen to others and not assume they are right, whilst balancing the courage of their conviction. From what I’ve seen, we’ve got a lot of courage, expertise and people do care. It makes you proud to be part of Elanco
So, please read the updates and utilise the many channels to interact with ETS and have your say. If you don’t say it directly to us, we can’t possibly know what you are thinking and include your opinion in our decisions - so be courageous and let us know what you think!
As always, we hope you enjoy the update and please don’t be shy asking us any questions or feedback on the ETS – Ask Us Anything Teams channel.

We have spent the last 2 weeks carrying out detailed site surveys and planning exercises in Wusi, China, West Ryde & Yarrandoo, Australia. We were welcomed by Wu in China, Gary in West Ryde and Gio & Vivek in Yarrandoo; we are sincerely grateful for the hospitality and time that they extended to us.
-
The visits were made all the easier by the excellent on-site knowledge, which has allowed us to create detailed cutover plans for Wusi and Yarrandoo. We will continue to work with Gary and the Lead Team in West Ryde as the real estate plans take shape.

Our new Apple Business Manager account has been set up allowing us to begin testing on our mobile management and provision services

Before end users are transitioned to the new Helpdesk, the Employee Portal will display the Lilly Helpdesk call number and will automatically forward Incidents and Lilly Requests to the Lilly ServiceNow portal and Lilly Helpdesk.
