- We are working through the Wave 3 FAQ spreadsheet which will feed into the Wave 3 Site Playbooks. We’re aiming to have this updated by November.
- We’re looking at logistics of what Wave 3 training will look like and which sites will need what level of support.
- We’ve just onboarded a new OCM resource from WWT. We are working to identify gaps across the ETS program of change, improve communication between WWT workstreams, and help us feed into other OCM activities across Elanco IT.
- We have drafted a “Preparing for Wave 3” document for end users, but until we have the results of the POC we cannot distribute this in case details change. This guide will include the following guidance

- After a flawless execution by our implementation partner, WWT, the second Colocation is now built one day ahead of schedule. The process continues with a swift handover to the Core and App Services team, who will be configuring the systems that run within the environment.
- You may have seen the good news that our first Elanco site was brought online in Washington DC in the US and, hot on the heels of that, we are currently finalising the activation of our new location in Warsaw, Poland, which will house one of the global call centres. The network is growing!
