On slide two, you will find the revised timeline, highlighting the new “Align” phase in Q2 2020, prior to the full transition in Q2-4 2021.
Slide three provides additional detail regarding the “Align” phase, where every Elanco IT role will be mapped to the most closely aligned team from the future-state organisation (e.g. BRM, SolutionOps, DataOps, TechOps, etc.)
The “Align” phase will occur throughout MAY-2020, driven by your supervisor.
It is the hope of ITLT that this new timeline protects key priorities (Stallion and Bison) by providing stability throughout 2020, whilst allowing us to continue to make progress towards our future-state organisation design and operating model.
