We’ve heard feedback that it’s hard to find information about how to consume TechOps Services. We have content on Unite, Teams, The Spot, and in various Box folders, meaning IT colleagues don’t really know where to go to find answers to their questions. We’re also in the midst of data migrations, adding another layer of complexity to sharing content.
To try and address this, we’ve created ElancoDev, a portal of links and key documents in one place in our new ElancoAH environment. So far, ElancoDev covers
- Identity
- Cloud
- Service Desk
- Workplace
- Training & OCM
It’s only our MVP, and there’s content still to add, but feedback from the IT community would be invaluable in making improvements. (Note: As the site is in ElancoAH so you might need to use a private browser mode and remember to log in with your ElancoAH credentials)
