We would like to congratulate Jonathan Stone on his new role as SolutionOps Engineering Lead beginning Apr 1, 2021, Within this new role, Jonathan will have the opportunity to work alongside and guide the Solution Ops Engineering team in their designing and scaling efforts, while working to ensure the foundational governance and processes within the team are clearly defined and embed. He will also be partnering with the Solution Ops Operating Lead and Solution Ops ERP Lead to ensure that services can be consumed by the company, and key operational components needed to enable our future digital strategy initiatives are efficiently delivered. We would like to congratulate Ben Strickland on his new role as SolutionOps Operational Lead beginning April 1, 2021. Within this new role, Ben will have the opportunity to lead the scaling and maintaining of the SolutionOps Operational team, covering solution and application operations across the enterprise. He will partner closely with peer leadership across the Business, Business Facing IT (Business Relationship Management), DataOps, TechOps and IT BusinessOps, helping to define, prioritize and enable Elanco’s solution/application portfolio. This includes incident management, service delivery management, continuous improvements, and new capabilities. Ben will partner with other members of SolutionOps Leadership to establish and scale SolutionOps as a new team within Elanco.
